One single menu for all guests
Cold Apetizer
Custard marrows carpaccio, sole with almonds and pepper coulis

Daikon radish and crabcake, bittersweet cantaloupe and combawa zests

Stoved Foie Gras, crispy green cabbage with Argan Oil and bittersweet cassis
